Martin Steel


Martin and Roslyn Steel are Senior Leaders of Harbourside Church in Auckland, New Zealand. Harbourside is a vibrant, multi-cultural church with a vision to powerfully equip and empower believers to represent the Kingdom of God to their world.

Martin has a desire is to see people encounter God and become all they were born to be. He has over 28 years’ experience in leadership and church ministry including five years spent in Eastern Europe serving the church through leadership training, church planting and evangelism.

Martin is a popular and sought after Christian speaker. He is known for his ability to impart leadership and kingdom life principles from God’s Word in a clear and vibrant manner. He is a key note speaker in churches and leadership conferences throughout Europe, United States, Australia, South Africa and Asia.

Martin is also a gifted teacher on Kingdom Leadership and has developed an online school of learning. He has also spoken at Auckland University on the topic of Conflict Resolution and other leadership topics. He is the author of the popular book “Shame Off You – How to live 100% guilt free”. Martin has served as President of Paradise College of Ministries (now known as the Influencers’ Leadership College) where he provided strategic leadership and guidance to a thriving college.

Don Hounsell


Don has broad business accounting and audit experience. After 10 years working in a corporate environment, he started his own accounting practice in 1987.

During the 1990s Don wrote software to make the preparation of tax returns and financial statements more efficient. Combined with other software, this grew into CA-Systems, which he eventually sold packages to approximately 60% of NZ accountants.

In 1999 CA-Systems was sold, but Don has continued an involvement with software on a part-time basis, and is currently a Product Manager with MYOB. Within the practice, Don’s current specialisations include Tax Accounting and Auditing. Apart from his business acumen, Don has a story to tell of how he beat the odds and became successful despite his disability. His inspiring story and strong will will flow down through the operation ensuring that young people from all walks of life understand that they too, can beat the odds.

Gary Wicks


Gary Wicks is an enthusiastic, experienced sales professional with a proven record of success. He is skilled in managing teams toward higher performance and improved results. He won’t rest until he sees a way to succeed.

Gary has spent most of his career in Tier 1 brand names – Philips, Toshiba, Dell to name a few. Gary is happiest working for companies that he can be proud of and believe in. Gary has had some great opportunities with those companies in sales, marketing and management, showing his best when in a challenging position. Complex problems or environments will stimulate him and bring out his ability to think strategically.

Gary’s injection of knowledge and expertise will ensure the initiative is governed well and will reach its objectives.

Kevin Crowe


Kevin Crowe has a passion to add value to others with his vision and skills to help them succeed.

Kevin has a broaad spectrum of experience particularly in music. He has served as music director at Newhope Community Church, Botany, has offered Private music tuition for students, produced Songs and Albums, and played as a musician for many different events.

Kevin has a heart for Music, together with an Associate Diploma with Distinction through Trinity College in London and is a part of the Institute of Registered Music Teachers of New Zealand.

Kevin’s knowledge, experience and expertise enables great governance and a wealth of ideas through his creativity.
